Question

Shall funds that are not looked-through be reported in S.06.03?

Answer

EIOPA confirms that all CIU need to be reported in S.06.03 and for the cases where no look-though by category, option "4" should be reported in C0030, when no look-through by country, option "AA" should be reported in C0040 and when no look-through by currency, option "3" should be reported in C0050. Please note that until 31.12.2018 look-throug by currency is not required.
