Due to this reply being late, by now 2018 RFR publication dates having been made publicly available via the RFR website on the EIOPA homepage (Risk-free interest rate term structures) under the "Monthly Technical Information – 2018" section. In terms of planning, 2019 RFR publication dates can be anticipated by the general rule for EIOPA's monthly RFR publication, being the 5th working day of each month. Where this 5th working day of a month coincides with an EIOPA holiday, RFR publication will happen on the first working day following this holiday.
