Question
How should I apply materiality threshold (i.e. "This template is not required to be submitted if one single currency represents more than 90% of assets and also of liabilities.") when total value of Solvency II liabilities is negative amount caused by negative BEL. These negative BELs are in different currencies.
Answer
When the total value of SII liabilities is negative the thresholds should be applied the same way as in positive amounts. If they're in one single currency the template is not required to be submitted. In more currencies the template is to be reported.
