The EBA Validation rules taxonomy v23005_m seems not relevant

Background

According to the control’s formulae v23005_m in the EBA validation rules, we understand that for the COREP report C_07.00.b / Exposure class Retail, the cell between row 0030 and column 0210 must be null. However, it seems that the Q&A 2014_1050 (SME supporting factor) related to this topic, is still relevant and applicable. Could you confirm this control’s formulae is correct ? If yes, how to report this kind of exposure in the COREP reporting ?
