The EBA Validation rules taxonomy v7551_m seems not relevant.

Background

The formulae of the control compares two different items : qx2007, which refers to "Retail - Other non-SME - with own estimates of LGD or conversion factors" and values on rows "sum({tC_09.02, r0030, c0110}"  which contains Corporate values.
