Can you confirm whether our interpretation of the notion of ‘financial counterpart’ is correct?
Background
We were unable to find a definition of "financial counterpart" in DORA and the associated RTS. We asked the ACPR to confirm our interpretation and they asked us to submit this question to the EBA.
