Question

Does the maturity split of own funds and potentially eligible liabilities for MREL in template M 06.00 of the ITS on disclosure and reporting on MREL and TLAC include prudential filters or not?

Background

In the MREL/TLAC EBA template, institutions are invited to provide a split of their liabilities and own funds by creditor hierarchy (table M06, up to a certain rank), and to split each of those ranks depending on the maturity of the liabilities and own funds (from above 1 year to perpetual maturity). Column 060 of table M06 gives the total amount of own funds and potentially eligible liabilities for meeting MREL. Columns 070 to 0110 provide their maturity split.
