Bekanntmachung: FMA verhängt Sanktion gegen die Security Kapitalanlage Aktiengesellschaft wegen Verstoß gegen Veranlagungsbestimmungen
Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde FMA teilt mit, dass sie gegen die Security Kapitalanlage Aktiengesellschaft als juristische Person eine Geldstrafe von 9.200 Euro wegen Verstoß gegen Veranlagungsbestimmungen in Bezug auf einen Miteigentumsfonds (§ 78 Absatz 2 Ziffer 5 Investmentfondsgesetz 2011) mittels Straferkenntnis im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrensbeendigung gemäß § 22 Absatz 2b Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz (FMABG) verhängt hat.
Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.
