Grinta Invest was een illegale vermogensbeheerder. ‘Finfluencer’ M.J.J.M. van de Venne heeft deze illegale partij gepromoot via een website en beleggers aangebracht. Hij maakte zich zo schuldig aan het medeplegen van illegaal vermogensbeheer. Dit is ernstig. Mede door het promoten en aanbrengen door deze persoon zijn beleggers ingestapt en kon Grinta Invest er met hun geld vandoor gaan. De AFM heeft in november 2021 gewaarschuwd tegen Grinta Invest.
