Bekanntmachung: FMA verhängt Sanktion gegen die Erste Asset Management GmbH wegen Verstößen gegen das Investmentfondsgesetz 2011 (InvFG 2011)
Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsicht FMA teilt mit, dass sie über die Erste Asset Management GmbH mittels Straferkenntnis eine Geldstrafe von € 16.100,- im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrensbeendigung gemäß § 22 Absatz 2b Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz (FMABG) verhängt hat. Die Erste Asset Management GmbH hat entgegen den Bestimmungen des Investmentfondsgesetzes (InvFG 2011) Veranlagungsvorschriften nicht eingehalten.
Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.
