Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin hat am 14. Mai 2025 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 110.000 Euro gegen die Donner & Reuschel Aktiengesellschaft festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen § 80 Absatz 10 Satz 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde.
Die Donner & Reuschel Aktiengesellschaft hatte ein von ihm angebotenes Finanzinstrument nicht regelmäßig überprüft und dabei nicht alle Ereignisse berücksichtigt, die wesentlichen Einfluss auf das potentielle Risiko für den bestimmten Zielmarkt haben könnten.
